3. Prohibited Activities
Sexual, disrespectful, harmful, or otherwise abusive activity is prohibited on the platform.
Users are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
4. Intellectual Property
Service content and platform assets are owned by OceanLabs DOO unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Balkan Taxi is not liable for losses caused by unavailable networks, external attacks, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
6. Account Termination
Balkan Taxi may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, offensive behavior, or prolonged inactivity.
